NATAS Silver and Gold Circle Awards Gala

The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS), Boston/New England Chapter is honoring New England Broadcasting Legends. NATAS has selected five 2008 Silver Circle inductees and one for Gold Circle induction. These broadcasting legends will be honored at the NATAS Silver and Gold Circle Awards Gala on Thursday, November 20th at the Yawkey Theater at WGBH, 1 Guest Street, Brighton, MA. Third Annual Craft Fair and Fall Festival

The Friends of Mercy Centre, a school for students with special needs, are hosting the Third Annual Craft Fair and Fall Festival on Sunday, November 16, 2008 from 10am-3pm at Mercy Centre in Worcester. The fair is open to all and starts with the Turkey Driblet Contest at 10am. Other fun includes crafters, homemade pies, raffles, Chinese auction, Scholastic Book Fair, bake sale, door prizes, and kid activity center. Methuen Festival of Trees

The Festival of Trees is a magical event established in 1994 to raise funds for historic preservation in the City of Methuen. The 15th Annual Festival of Trees will once again kick off the holiday season when more than 200 spectacular Christmas trees will be unviled on November 22nd. The trees will be on display for 2 weeks before being raffled off to their new home. The festival is open weekdays from 5-9pm and weekends from 10-9pm. 29th Annual Christmas in Salem House Tour

The Annual Carver Holiday House Tour

The Annual Carver Holiday House Tour to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth will be held on Sunday, December 7th from 1-5pm, with a holiday sing-a-long with music provided by Carver schools students that will be held at the Town Green and Gazebo. Five homes plus a church, all located in Carver and festively decorated for the season, will be opened to the public. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 the day of the tour.
